It sets forth the terms and conditions under which you may access and use the Site and all written and other materials displayed or made available through the Site, including, without limitation, articles, text, worksheets, images, illustrations and video clips (the “Content”). By accessing, using and browsing the Site, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth below. If you do not wish to be bound by this Agreement, you should not use the Site. The Owners reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to change or update this Agreement at any time and you agree to be bound by such changes and updates. While the Owners encourage links to the Site, they do not wish it to be linked to or from any third-party website which contains, posts, or transmits any unlawful or indecent information of any kind, including, without limitation: (i) any content constituting or encouraging conduct that would violate any law or regulation or which may be damaging or detrimental to the activities, operations, credibility, or integrity of the Owners; or (ii) any website which contains, posts, or transmits any material or information of any kind which violates or infringes upon the rights of others. The Owners reserve the right to prohibit or refuse to accept any link to the Site, including, without limitation, any link which contains or makes available any content or information of the foregoing nature, at any time. You agree to remove any link you may have to the Site upon the request of any Owner.
Use Prohibited Where Contrary to Law. Use of this Site is prohibited in any jurisdiction where the Site or any of the Content may violate any laws or regulations. Applicable Law and Venue for Disputes. This Site is controlled by one or all of the Owners from their premises within the Province of Ontario in Canada. As each of these jurisdictions has laws that may differ from those of the Province of Ontario, all matters relating to access to, or use of, this Site, shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You agree and hereby submit to the exclusive and preferential jurisdiction of the courts of the province of Ontario with respect to all matters relating to your access and use of the Site and the Content as well as any dispute that may arise therefrom.

The Owners shall not be liable to any party for such termination.
